We are pleased to present In and Out of the Archive: Archival Practice and Political Information in the Early Modern Period, a conference hosted by the William Andrews Clark Memorial Library at UCLA. The conference is co-sponsored with the UC Riverside Department of History, the UC Riverside Humanities Center, the UCLA Department of Information Studies/Center for Information as Evidence, and the UCLA Center for 17th- & 18th- Century Studies.
Friday and Saturday, January 23 - 24, 10 AM. Includes lunch. Free for UCLA faculty, staff and students. The conference is organized by Randolph Head (UC Riverside) and Jennifer Milligan (Harvard University), with special thanks to the Thyssen Foundation.
